QUALITY POLICY
We, JNJ Instrumentation Sales and Services, Inc. as highly competitive sales, trades and services provider, are accountable for the quality of our work and are performing to the best of our capabilities at all times. We endorse human development principles and incorporate them in our quality approach, uphold to be familiarized and be fully committed to conform with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001, satisfy customers, regulatory and statutory requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
1.Receive zero (0) valid customer complaints.
2.Reduce nonconformities (in any form/nature) by 50% per annum.
3.Obtain a record of zero (0) accident at all times at any aspect of work.
4.Attain the KPI target or higher overall rating in customer satisfaction: 80% Monthly; 85% Quarterly; 90% Annually.
5.Ensure availability of calibration certificate to customers at 100% completion on a turnaround time of seven (7) Working Days for Minor and ten (10) Working Days for Major from receipt of equipment.
6.Assure at least 85% of the total number of customers remain “Active” and obtain at least ten (10) new customers annually.
7.Ensure employees are committed to their quality responsibilities and productivity efficiency in line with the company’s goals and objectives, by individually achieving at least 50% as overall rating in the quarterly performance evaluation.
